What If Lady Gaga Had Risen to Pop Stardom in 1957?

Might this have been the vinyl cover for her hit single “Poker Face”? Playing with our retro-fixation, designer Robert Penney has reimagined modern songs into vinyl covers from anachronistic musical eras.

In addition to Gaga giving Elvis a run for his money in the late ’50s, Penney reinvisioned Interpol in the midst of 1964 Beatlemania and Thom Yorke stealing a couple of laser beams from 1986 David Bowie (both covers below).
